The Coldest Place In The Universe
Scientists discovered the coldest place in the universe can be found right here on Earth…in Massachusetts.
Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge holds the record for lowest temperature: 810 trillionths of a degree F above absolute zero (0K= - 459.67°F, –273.15 °C).
Just to give you an idea of how cold that is the lowest natural temperature ever recorded on Earth is −89 °C (−131°F) and was recorded in 1983 at the Russian Vostok Station in Antarctica.
O.K. that probably doesn’t give you any idea, but lets just say it is frick’n cold.
